SSC employs over 480 staff across 60 sites in the West Coast of Scotland and Hebrides. We are engaged in all stages of the value chain from smolt production through freshwater and marine farming to harvesting and processing, as well as sales and marketing activity, ensuring total supply chain integrity and full traceability. We are dedicated to producing the highest standards of quality at every stage of our farming process. We combine traditional husbandry with the latest best practise farming techniques to ensure the healthy growth of our finest quality Scottish salmon in a sustainable manner.
